Keondra Taylor started Rosebud Event Decor and More in 2021 while on maternity leave with her newborn daughter, Jayme-Rose. While in search of multiple streams of income, she also desired to create a business that she could share with Jayme-Rose in the future. After numerous balloon attempts, Jayme-Rose surprised her with a brand new word that she had learned to say at 6 months old: Balloon! At that moment, she knew they would both share a love for balloon artistry together. Just like a rosebud, the idea of starting a mother/daughter business was just an idea that blossomed into a full grown reality.
